FEBRUARY is going to be MAGICAL!
It is Ms. Sara’s birthday on 2-22-2022! AND it’s on “Tuesday!” Get it? TWO’s-day? Let’s have some fun this month!
STUDIO CHALLENGE: 22 minutes of practice daily. Student with the highest number of practice days logged in the *Student Portal, will get a prize! (Playing must reflect practice.) How to log practice minutes.
22 Fun Facts about Ms. Sara: How well do you know her? 1st person to answer the most correct answers gets a prize! (Questions posted in the online files.)
"22" Happy Birthday Composition: Come up with a 22-note phrase of music in 4/4 time in C Major & A Minor. Ms. Sara will turn it into her Birthday Song, "The Month of Two's" written by her students and perform it live! (Blank staff paper posted in the online files.)
There will also be some fun games and prizes (all music related!) so be prepared!
*If you would like your child to have their own login to the Student Portal so they can log their practice times, please send me their email address. (FYI - everything is visible to the parent by logging in.)
